Reading these negative reviews has me very nervous. I had withdrawn some BTT a week ago and no problem. Today I get the "Waiting REview" that I've never seen elsewhere. I am wondering if they are packing their bags....
OK, maybe I got too nervous reading these negative reviews. But after about 20 minutes my transaction went through.

My account was hacked by a sim swap scam on March 11th. I have around $50k or so in my Bitrue account. I contacted support within the hour( request 59904)of the hack and Im sure they froze the account to protect funds. I trust Bitrue and been a loyal customer since 2019. Bitrue told me there tech team will investigate and to be patient. I will update when Bitrue answers my question on my funds being ok? The hackers did not know my pin code so I think im ok but waiting for Bitrue to inform me. Bitrue has been a solid platform to use and I will continue to do business with them. Will update on my case when they do.
UPDATE. 3-19-21> Bitrue did KYC with me again as per there protocol to make sure my account is secure and now have full access and my funds are safe. Thanks Bitrue for your diligence and email updates on my account. With Bitrue you have to have a little patience people and give them all necessary info so they can help you with your problem. A+

Bitrue is nothing except a scam. You know why? Because even in this bull market they get your deposit no matter how small it is and when you buy your coin and want to withdraw, you see minimum withdrawal is much more than what you deposited and now want to get out of there. So you find yourself stuck and can not withdraw and you are forced to sell your coins to themselves with 6-10 percent lower and also change it to ETH and pay another fee and also pay another amount for withdrawal as ETH to only be able to run.
My story: Deposited ETH valued $120 to buy a NFT token. Bought and when wanted to withdraw, it said min withdrawal for that token was 10000. means you can deposit $120 but you can not withdraw it because 10000 of that coin was around $600. Pure Scam. Stay Away

It's literally a scam. DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE!!!!!!

I made a bonehead mistake of leaving off the transaction ID when sending my XRP to Bitrue.
I sent an email to customer service and got a response back within a day. They asked me to provide various information and told me that estimated time of recovery will be within 7 business days.
When 7 business days passed with no resolution and after viewing some reviews here... I started to freak out wondering if my XRP is gone forever.
I got my XRP back within 11 business days. Compared to my experience with another exchange... I give Bitrue the benefit of the doubt for being swamped but trying to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
I use Coinbase and I had a problem withdrawing my XRP from my Pro account this January. I sent them an email about this problem and got an automated response.
After two weeks and still didn’t get any reply I went on twitter and sent a private DM and no response.
I had to figure out on my own what the problem was after going to Reddit.
I still have not gotten a response from Coinbase as of today... at least Bitrue tries to be responsive.
I was initially going to withdraw my XRP from Bitrue but decided to use the Exchange.
I like the wide range of coins available to trade with my XRP.
If you own most of your crypto with XRP... I recommend Bitrue.
*Update May 19, 2021. I use Coinbase, Kukoin, Uphold and Bitrue. Bitrue was the only site that did not go down during market turbulence (when bitcoin dropped to $30k). There are annoying things with each of the exchanges and here is how I rank the exchanges through personal experience:
1. Kukoin (a lot of options to lend or borrow and stake your coins)
2. Bitrue (XRP centric)
3. Coinbase (Always shuts down when market is turbulent)
4. Uphold (Same here... when market is turbulent the site shuts down. I would use uphold as a payment system or a wallet more than an exchange because they don’t have limit orders to place a trade. You always have to buy at market value.

Depositing and trading went smoothly. The problems began when I wanted to withdraw my funds. There was a message stating that the withdrawal can take 20-40 minutes. The withdrawal says "Under review" for 2 days now. My assets are frozen and there's no response to my support ticket (56597).
Will update the review with any new information as it comes up.

My asset were unfrozen and my withdrawal was rejected. No idea what happened since I haven't received any info from the helpdesk. Will try to withdraw again.

The email I received
"Our risk control procedure detected that multiple users have recently attempted to make withdrawals to this same address. As part of our anti-money laundering program, we need to conduct an investigation to determine the purpose of this address. Could you let us know why you were sending funds to this address, and why multiple users may all be sending funds to it simultaneously?"
The exchange that states that its "XRP focused" doesn't understand that many people withdrawing to the same address is inherent in the system because of the XRP tagging system. They use the same method on their own exchange.

You can see multiple sources depositing money to the same address with different IDs. This is Bitrues own system. Does that mean Bitrue is doing money laundering? Absurd.

I was able to somehow withdraw all of my funds. This does not mean I will change the review score since I still havent heard anything from Bitrue

SCAM!! They have stolen over $1200 in xrp from me and I have over 10 tickets with them and they say it takes up to ten days, its been over a month and they redirect you to their homepage ! Do not use them if you dont want money taken from you !! 3-1-2021. They seize your assets and use them to trade!!! XRP should be ashamed having a contract with them

Terrible customer service I'm waiting 4 days now for a reply, iv sent 4 emails, you cant withdraw to a bank account, do not deposit funds if you want your money back because you wont get it back and you wont get a reply from customer support

I initiated a withdrawal of my Cardano ADA from Bitrue on February 2, 2021. Now it is February 22 and I still don have my funds. I have been contacting support every day for 20 days. They kept telling me that there is an issue with "the wallet" or "node issue" and always an excuse and always telling me to wait. Well, for the past few days they have stopped responding to me and I still don't have my ADA withdrawal. Is Bitrue insolvent? Will I ever get my crypto funds back?
